1. Control system: adopts microcomputer PLC control system, which can implement full-automatic control of the whole machine according to the process requirements; motor pull-tab, stepless adjustment of the length, speed and precision of the pull-tab by the inverter and touch screen;
2. Control part: using imported electrical appliances to make the whole machine run stably and reliably;
3. Heating system: adopts fully enclosed far-infrared ceramic heating brick heating system, six-stop switch, one-to-one control of heating bricks, effectively control molding temperature and save energy;
4. Mechanical part: special aluminum alloy track and rolling chain, beautiful appearance, no deformation of track, good cooling effect, small friction coefficient, no vibration.
5. Control mode: manual and automatic control, trial production and continuous production are all convenient and easy to operate.
6. Adopt automatic mold adjustment function to save sheet material.
